When it went Trago Mills in June half term, the lift you went in, it’s was broken, I spoke to the security about the lift you went in and he said a couple of weeks ago, the lift you went in stopped quite bad!!!!! Very scary!!!!!

That lift is definitely a modernised Keighley-Schindler. Door-frame is definitely Schindler & cab is definitely a Keighley cab. As to why it has Marryat-Scott indicators I have no idea. My theory is that the indicators got vandalised beyond repair in the early 80s (Keighley indicators are plastic 7-segment displays so it is possible) & the lifts were being maintained by Kone at the time so they replaced them with left-over Marryat-Scott stock.

I like this Thyssenkrupp fixture but it is not appeared in Hong Kong... Thyssenkrupp in Hong Kong is usually used STEP or Dewhurst

It's not VVVF, it is old style VF which is pattern based. The AC wave is generated through pulsing. Transistors have a limit of how fast they can pulse. When a pattern speeds up it reaches the stage where its too fast and it switches to the next pattern which has less pules to create the wave.

Yep now this lift is under "routine maintenance" But the lift on the other side still lives! :)
